Back from summer hiatus. Show features:
Some of my fondest summer memories are relaxing on a beach, listening to a transistor radio blasting out classic pop tunes as the music swirls with the warm breeze and echoes off the shoreline. The sonic effect was surreal, a symphonic convergence of land and “sea”, in harmony with nature.
To kick off the Yacht Club Show’s summer hiatus, we bring you an all music, no talk show featuring some of those great pop songs of the late 60’s and early 70’s (20 songs in all). I am immediately transported back to camping at Sugarloaf lake in 1970 with our good friends the Davis family.
Happy Summer. Enjoy the Music!
Mike
